Creating a crate toy box is as easy as #1 - finding a crate, and #2 - adding wheels.
Shelly landed this cool crate from an Old Military Surplus store for a whoppin' $10. It even already had those cool rope handles! (duly noted... love that detail)
She picked up a few supplies and got busy, creating a cool toybox for her son.
Why I love this:
This crate has all the authentic design elements crafters are ADDING to their projects. The wheels make a potential heavy load a breeze to cart around. Not to mention, this crate could be anything. I'm personally visualizing a foot stool, side table, coffee table, even something for a covered patio area. LOVE. THIS. It's productive and cool at the same time.
Sometimes the simplest ideas truly are the best.
