This sweet canning jar lid wreath was whipped up in 5 minutes! And all it took is a small collection of lids and some wire... and a little procrastination time.
Melissa had just returned from a camping trip, and rather than unpack, she quickly created this little brainstorm.
She remembered a rusty version of a canning lid jar wreath of my own hanging on my shed, gathered up her lid collection and created a quick and beautiful centrepiece for her outdoor table.
What I LOVE about this:
Yes, the wreaths are so easy to make. But I love how Melissa took it one step further and figured out a way to keep all the lids in place. Mine separate when I move the wreath, so her take of adding some hot glue is genius.
The wreaths have a steampunk look to them which I adore. And as you can see, they can be as elegant or as rustic as you wish!
