Chalkboard from folding chair - Knick of Time Interiors

A sidewalk chalkboard from a folding chair is a GENIUS idea! And it's gorgeous too!

Angie landed a whole bunch of these folding chairs at an auction, however a fair amount were in poor condition. Rather than throwing them out, they were revamped into sidewalk styled chalkboards. Isn't this the neatest idea?

In true rustic form, old wood and hardware were used to resemble that the chalkboard was there the whole time. Love the brush strokes on the chalkboard panel too!

What I LOVE about this:

Most sandwich board signs are pretty standard fare. This twist has you doing a double take for certain! Add a chalkboard for an instant message change and this beauty could be an actual sign on a road or just a cool menu board for indoors.
